Norberto Antonio Testa Socorro was born in 1985 to a Panamanian father and a Venezuelan mother. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Social Communication in 2007.

 As an enthusiast of the Spanish language, Norberto’s interest in discovering the power of voice and spoken language motivated him to learn more about English, French and Italian.

 In 2008, Norberto became a commercial voiceover, dubbing actor, and member at the association of professional voice talent of Panama. Today is part of the director board members.

 Nowadays, Norberto is the voice of numerous brands and characters in Latin America and the Caribbean. And also collaborates with advertising agencies in Central America as an audiovisual producer and creative copywriter.
